What to include in your email
- The service you need: company registration, a work or residence permit, VAT registration, a bank account, accounting or a property check.
- Your citizenship and your country of residence.
- Your target start date, if you have one.
- Any letters or decisions you already received from a Romanian authority.
Do not send passport scans or other documents in the first email. We ask for them once we agree on the scope of work.
What happens next
- We reply with questions or a quote. Prices are indicative; the final quote depends on your case.
- You confirm the scope, and we send the list of documents.
- We prepare, translate and file the paperwork for our part of the work.
Decisions on permits and registrations are made by Romanian authorities. We do not promise an outcome or an authority deadline.
