Prices and quotes

Prices on the site start "from" a stated amount and are indicative. The final price depends on your case.

• A quote becomes binding only when we send it in writing and you accept it in writing.
• Government fees, state duties, notary fees and certified translation costs are separate unless the written quote says otherwise.
• If the scope changes after acceptance, we send an updated written quote before doing extra work.

Authority decisions

Permits, visas, registrations and certificates are issued by Romanian authorities, not by us. We do not guarantee any decision or any processing time.

Processing times shown on the site are the usual official terms. Authorities may take longer or ask for more documents.

Your responsibilities

• Tell us promptly about changes that affect your application.
• Pay government fees on time when they are payable by you directly.

We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incorrect or late information.
