How we work

Step 1. You send a request

Write to [email protected] or use the request form. Tell us what you need: a work permit, a residence permit, a company, VAT registration, a bank account or a property check.

• Your citizenship and country of residence.
• The service you need and your target date.
• Documents you already have, if any.

Step 2. We send a written quote

The quote lists the scope, the documents we need from you and our fee. Our fees are indicative "from" prices; the final quote depends on your case.

Government fees, notary fees, sworn translation and apostille costs are separate. The quote names each of them so you know who is paid for what. Current indicative prices are on the Prices page (/prices).

Step 3. We prepare the documents

You send scans first. We check them against the authority checklist and tell you what is missing or needs an apostille.

• We fill in the application forms.
• We arrange sworn translations into Romanian.
• We draft company documents: articles, declarations, powers of attorney.
• We tell you which originals must be signed in person or before a notary.

Step 4. We file with the authority

We file the package with the competent office: the Trade Register (ONRC) for companies, ANAF for tax and VAT, the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI) for permits. For a work visa, the employer first obtains the work authorisation (aviz de muncă) from IGI; the D/AM visa is then filed at a Romanian consulate, and the residence permit follows in Romania.

We track the file and pass on any request for extra documents. Processing time is set by the authority, not by us.

Step 5. You receive the result

We send you the decision, certificate or registration document and explain the next obligations: renewals, reporting deadlines, tax registration.

What we do and what others do

• We: collect and check documents, fill in forms, arrange translations, file, track the file and report back.
• The authority (IGI, ONRC, ANAF, consulate): reviews the file and takes the decision. Nobody can promise its outcome.
• A licensed Romanian advocate: represents you in court or disputes and gives legal opinions. We do not; when a case needs this, we say so in the quote.
• A notary: certifies signatures and deeds, for example property sale contracts. The notary fee is paid to the notary.

What we do not take on

• Court representation and legal opinions.
• MiCA crypto-asset service provider licences: Romania has no designated authority issuing them yet.
• Golden visa applications: Romania has no investor visa programme.
