Privacy Policy
We collect only what you type into the request form, and we use it only to answer your request. This page explains what is stored, where, for how long, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
The request form has up to 10 fields. You fill in only what you choose to share:
- your citizenship and the country you are interested in;
- the service you need, your budget and your timeline;
- your name (required);
- at least one way to reach you: email, phone or messenger handle;
- your message, if you write one.
With each request the server also records the date and time, the page you sent it from, the referring page, your browser user agent and a salted hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. The hash is truncated and is used only to spot flooding and spam.
Why we process it
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The form cannot be sent without ticking the consent box. We use your data only to reply to your request and to prepare a quote. We do not sell it, do not use it for newsletters and do not pass it to advertisers.
Where it is stored
Requests are saved on the server that runs this website. When a request arrives, a notification with its contents is sent to the website’s own Telegram bot so that we can see it quickly. Telegram is operated by a third party and processes that message on its servers.
How long we keep it
Requests are deleted automatically 730 days after they are received. You can ask us to delete yours earlier at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers: no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no tracking pixels. We set one cookie that remembers your answer to the cookie banner and two first-party cookies that count visits and their source on this site; they are listed in the Cookie Policy and are not shared with anyone.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- get a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before;
- restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example Romania’s ANSPDCP or the authority in your country of residence.
